If it's your first time in Hochatown, here's the quick heads up locals always give: you'll find plenty of great shops, gifts, and places to grab the basics, but full grocery options are limited right here in town.

Most visitors do a grocery run in Broken Bow or Idabel on the way in, especially if you're stocking a cabin for a few days. The Broken Bow Walmart is not a Supercenter, so for a full grocery trip, most people head to Pruett's in Broken Bow or the Walmart Supercenter in Idabel. Once you're here, though, it's easy to grab things like snacks, drinks, ice, firewood, and last-minute essentials without leaving the area.

Think of Hochatown shopping as perfect for fun finds and quick restocks, not a full cart haul.
